BATH HOUSE
The Bath House has separate women’s and men’s showers and restrooms; a full kitchen area with sink, stove, and microwave; and coin operated washer and dryer.
Daily fee includes use of the Bath House.
FISHING
Yes, there are fish in our little river.
The Division of Wildlife stocks the Blanco River annually with brown trout. The Lower Blanco Property Owner’s Association in association with several Colorado conservancy agencies has completed seven miles of river restoration including this area to help sustain aquatic life. The Chama river diversion was opened in 1971, removing about 70 percent of the Blanco’s water to be sent to New Mexico.
